Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Xweep at https://xtweep.com. Xweep is an 18+ social content platform that includes feeds, reels, discovery pages, live streaming features, groups, premium or locked content tools, ad or promotion workflows, and support tickets. By using Xweep, you agree to these Terms and to the linked policies that form part of the platform rules.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Xweep. If you are using Xweep on behalf of a business, agency, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.

Age and eligibility

Xweep is strictly 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, upload content, go live, purchase premium access, receive creator payments, or run ads and promotions on the platform. By using Xweep, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally allowed to use the service.

We may ask for verification, limit feature access, or remove accounts if we believe a user is underage, using false identity information, or creating legal or safety risk. Attempting to bypass age or account restrictions is a violation of these Terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all actions that occur under your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Keep your password secure and do not share your account. Do not impersonate other people, use another user’s account, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

If you think your account has been compromised, reset your password immediately and contact support using the {Contact Support} page. Xweep may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, prevent fraud, or investigate suspicious activity.

User content and your rights

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload to Xweep, but you grant Xweep a non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. This includes delivery across Home, Reels, Explore, Profiles, Groups, and other surfaces, plus processing tasks such as thumbnails, previews, and conversion.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share your content. Do not upload stolen, infringing, illegal, deceptive, or abusive content. Xweep may remove content or restrict accounts for violations even if the content was already uploaded successfully.

What you may not do

You may not use Xweep to scam users, spread malware, manipulate engagement, abuse monetization or ad systems, harass others, violate intellectual property rights, or break the law. You may not attempt to bypass locked content, premium checks, moderation controls, support workflows, or technical limits such as upload restrictions.

You may not interfere with Xweep operations, including upload processing, conversion queues, thumbnail generation, live diagnostics, or ad review systems. Abusive automation, fake accounts, click fraud, or repeated attempts to break platform controls may lead to immediate enforcement.

Recommendations and feed ranking

Xweep is a ranked platform. Feeds, reels, explore surfaces, and user suggestions may use signals such as follows, watch time, completion, likes, comments, saves, shares, profile visits, and local relevance. Xweep may also use freshness windows and trend scoring to surface new or fast-rising content.

We do not guarantee any account or post a specific level of reach, views, or earnings. Recommendation logic can change as the platform evolves. Moderation, user feedback, quality signals, and policy compliance can all affect whether content is distributed broadly.

Uploads, media processing, and playback

Xweep supports uploads and media processing workflows that may continue after an upload finishes. Media processing can include conversion, thumbnail generation, queue handling, retries, and repair actions. The platform may reject or delay a file based on system conditions, file validity, policy restrictions, or site-configured limits such as duration or size.

Playback quality and adaptive behavior may vary based on network and device conditions. Xweep may provide quality controls and can change how adaptive selection works across pages such as feed, reels, reposts, and previews. These are operational platform features and may be improved over time.

Live streaming

Xweep may provide live streaming features using RTMPS-style setup and infrastructure integrations. If live streaming is enabled, creators are responsible for the content they broadcast and for following all platform rules in real time. Live sessions may include chat, gifting, and moderation tools depending on site settings.

Xweep may monitor live signal status, key format, and basic diagnostics to help the service operate. We may end, pause, or restrict a live stream if it violates the law, platform policy, or creates technical or safety risks.

Premium, locked content, and monetization

Xweep may allow creators to offer premium plans, locked content, or single-purchase access. Buyers are responsible for reviewing pricing and access details before purchase. Creators are responsible for accurate pricing, honest representation of what they are selling, and lawful use of monetization features.

Payment and wallet-related operations may involve third-party providers. Xweep may grant, limit, or revoke access based on transaction status, disputes, chargebacks, fraud controls, or account eligibility. Ads, promotions, and sponsored distribution

Xweep may offer ad or promotion tools such as boosted posts, sponsored content placement, or review-based ad workflows. Advertisers and creators must follow platform rules, targeting restrictions, and ad review requirements. Xweep may reject or pause campaigns for policy, quality, legal, or fraud reasons.

Ad performance is not guaranteed. Delivery depends on budget, targeting, approvals, quality, and system conditions. Additional advertiser responsibilities are described in the {Ads Policy} page.

Moderation, reports, and enforcement

Xweep includes moderation and safety systems such as reports, blocked-word controls, verification workflows, and administrative review tools. We may remove content, reduce distribution, limit features, or suspend accounts when users violate these Terms or create risk to the platform or community.

Enforcement decisions may be based on user reports, technical signals, support history, payment disputes, or repeated violations. We may act without prior notice where immediate action is needed to protect users or the service.

Copyright and rights complaints

If you believe content on Xweep infringes your copyright or another legal right, use the {Contact Support} page and select the most relevant category (such as copyright). Provide enough information for us to identify the content, review your claim, and contact you if needed.

Submitting false claims or using reports to harass creators is prohibited. Xweep may limit users who abuse the rights-reporting process.

Service availability and changes

Xweep is provided on an as-available basis. Features such as uploads, live streaming, recommendations, premium access, and ads depend on software, infrastructure, and external services, and they may fail, change, or be temporarily unavailable. Xweep may add, remove, or modify features without notice.

We may update these Terms as Xweep evolves. The latest version will appear on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Feedback and feature suggestions

If you send Xweep feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions through support tickets or other channels, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the platform without paying you additional compensation, unless we agree otherwise in writing. This helps us fix issues and improve features such as uploads, feeds, live tools, and support workflows.

Please do not send confidential business information or third-party secrets through the support ticket system unless necessary to resolve a problem. Use only the information needed for your request.

User disputes and platform role

Xweep is a platform for user-generated content and creator interactions. Disputes can happen between users, creators, or buyers. While Xweep can review reports, remove content, and enforce platform rules, we are not a party to every user-to-user disagreement. We may assist with records and enforcement where appropriate, especially for scams, rights claims, or abuse reports.

Users should use the platform support tools first and provide clear evidence when reporting a dispute. Xweep may make final moderation decisions to protect the platform even when users disagree with the outcome.

No guarantee of business outcomes

Xweep does not guarantee revenue, follower growth, campaign performance, or brand outcomes for creators or advertisers. Paid tools, recommendations, and discovery features can increase opportunity, but outcomes depend on user response, content quality, compliance, and platform conditions.

You are responsible for your own business decisions, pricing, ad spend, and legal compliance. Use Xweep’s tools carefully and review performance and support responses before making major commercial decisions.

Intellectual property and platform materials

The Xweep software, design, branding elements, and platform code remain the property of the platform owner or its licensors, except for user content that belongs to users. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service in a way that violates law or these Terms. Limited use of the platform is granted only for normal account, creator, and advertiser use.

You may not scrape private areas, attempt to clone Xweep features, or use automated tools to extract content in bulk without permission. Publicly visible pages may still be protected by law and platform rules.

Limitation of warranties and liability

Xweep is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect media processing, or guaranteed compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party provider. Features may depend on payment providers, media infrastructure, or other services that Xweep does not fully control.

To the extent allowed by law, Xweep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputation impacts resulting from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms removes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
