I love traveling, but it usually means my routine gets a little thrown off, so I don’t always get in as much movement as I would like. However, I found a yoga mat laying around the villa so I have been able to work in some yoga and stretching while I’m here. It always feels so good to move my body. Even better in a tropical location 🧘‍♀️ 🌿
